Free-to-use computers

We have free-to-use desktop computers available at the Davis, Alexander, Gonville  and Hakeke Street libraries. Grab a code from the booking station and use the machine indicated.  Guest sessions are limited to 30 minutes duration. Or login with your library card and get 45 minutes!

You can have as many sessions per day as you like, but remember that all data from the previous session will be wiped as the machine resets itself at the end of each session, ready for the next person. Computers are assigned in booking order as they become available, so you may not get back on the same machine for your next session.

Printing is available at 20c per side.

The machines have a range of web browsers and office applications. If there is some software you’d like to use that we don’t have, let us know and we’ll try to get it.
